24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens, but please give us at least 24hours notice for cancellation or reschedule.

Late arrivals: please let us know at least 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time if you will be late. Client's more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule.

No call/ No Show's will require a 100% service payment, prior to your scheduled appointment to be able to reschedule.

If you are sick with anything that may be contagious, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.


Children

Children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. Children must be supervised at all times.


Color appointments

Please arrive with your hair clean for all color appointments. If washing is necessary, you will be charged a $10 washing fee.

Color corrections, hair extensions, and some specialty services will require a deposit to hold the appointment time.


Payment

We happily accept credit or debit cards, and cash. NO CHECKS, please.
